Notice of a Meeting by the Royalton Township Board of Trustees
Public Hearing 

Royalton Township Residents: 

The Royalton Township Board of Trustees shall conduct a meeting that includes a Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, February 11, 2019 at the Royalton Township Hall, 980 Miners Road, St. Joseph, MI 49085, starting at 7:00 pm to consider the following:

• The Royalton Township Board of Trustees shall conduct a Public Hearing to review and consider a request for an ordinance to adopt by reference the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships and Villages. Specifically the ordinance will prohibit the operation of trucks or commercial vehicles on designated roads.

The details regarding this proposed Ordinance (Michigan Vehicle Code, Act 300 of 1949) are on file at the Royalton Township Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours prior to the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, written comments will be accepted at the Township Hall during regular hours, prior to the meeting. All in attendance will be given an opportunity to be heard.
