Present: K. Chappell, D. Foster, E. Hein, J. Rochman, J. Merrill, E. Swank
Absent: C. Marsh
After discussion, a motion was made to amend the Special Meeting Agenda to add public comments. All present were in favor. Motion carried.
Following discussion, D. Foster moved, supported by J. Swank to place an ad for Village Clerk on the Clerks Association Website. Vote was 6 yeas, 0 nays, 1 absent. Motion carried.
Interviews were set up for 2 applicants on Tuesday, December 18, 2018.
With no further business to conduct, the meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent at 7:30 PM.
