PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
VILLAGE OF BARODA, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN
Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Baroda, Berrien County,
Michigan will hold a public hearing to consider a request to add a handicap ramp and deck on the
north side of the building and landing outside front door to sidewalk for the property located at
8986 First Street, having the property identification number 11-30-0340-0007-03-4, submitted by
Lessee, Dan Nitz representing Chill Hill, LLC.
The public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. local time at the Baroda Village Hall, 9091 First
Street, Baroda, Michigan 49101 (phone 269-422-1779) on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
A copy of the petition may be inspected at the Village Office during normal business. Written
comments submitted to the Village Clerk prior to, or in person to the Chair at the public hearing
will be entered into the public hearing record. All persons wishing to appear at the public hearing
may do so in person or by attorney.
This hearing is being held as prescribed by the Village Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan
Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, as amended.
In accordance with Federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, this institution is

1. Publication will be done in a publication of general circulation in the Village not less than 15 days
before the date of the public hearing.
