Call to Order: 7:00 PM.
Approved: Minutes of January 5, 2021 Special Meeting.
Approved: Minutes of November 9, 2020 Regular Meeting after corrections
Approved: Minutes of the December 14, 2020 Regular Meeting after corrections.
Approved: Financial report for the month of January, 2021
Approved: Payment of bills in the amount of $11,818.21 from December, 2020
Approved: Payment of bills in the amount of $ 31, 538.56 for January, 2021
Approved: Accepting the quote for removal of tree on Cleveland Ave. and grinding of stumps in park not to exceed $2,700.00.
Approved: Accepting the resignation of Treasurer Lois Jones.
Approved: Removing Lois Jones from all bank accounts and cancelation of the credit card in her name.
Approved: Accepting the resignation of Steven Schmitz from the Planning Commission.
Approved: Resignation of Christine Palmer as trustee and appointment as clerk for the next two years.
Approved: Wages for Clerk to be $14,000.00 per year.

Approved: Resignation of Sharee Swank as trustee and appointment as Treasurer for the next two years.
Approved: Wages for Treasurer are to be the same as they were upon her resignation in February 2019.
Approved: Appointment of Kim Rowe to serve on the Village of Galien Planning Commission
Approved: Appointment of Ronald Oatsvall Jr. to serve on the Village of Galien Planning Commission.
Approved: Appointment of Kevin Huber to the Village of Galien Zoning Board of Appeals.
Approved: Payment of 10 hours of pay not previously turned in for Sheila Koudelka.
