Absent: none
Call to Order: 7:07PM
Approved: Appointment of Timothy Richter to fill vacant Trustee seat until next election.
Approved: Returning Village of Galien office hours to Tuesday 8:30AM – 12:30PM and Wednesday 1:00PM – 5:00PM effective immediately.
Approved: No compensation for vacation of Treasurer because of lack of time on the job.
Approved: Adding Trustee Sharee Swank to all bank accounts effective immediately.
