This meeting was held by tele-conference services due to the COVID 19 virus.
Present: P. Mielke, P. Palmer, T. Richter, J. Rochman, S. Schmitz, E. Swank, C. Veilleux
Absent: none
Call to Order: 7:00
Approved: Minutes of April 12, 2021 meeting as written.
Approved: Financial Report for the month of April as presented.
Approved: Payment of bills in the amount of $15,216.98.
Approved: Allowing Chief Krauss to cite two properties for ordinance violations.
Approved: Crediting sewer customers for payments made in cash with no record.
Approved: Allowing a group to play pickle ball on the tennis court and paint lines.
Approved: Changing the number of Ethics Ordinance from 2019-6-10 to Ordinance 112.
Approved: Extending the sidewalk assessments for one extra year because of none being entered in 2020.
Approved: Accepting the proposal for paving from Reith-Riley in the amount of $78,297.00
Approved: New plans for the park to be submitted for retention of the SWM Realtors Grant.
Approved: Cleaning up the front of grocery store.
