VILLAGE OF STEVENSVILLE, BERRIEN COUNTY, MICHIGAN
NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO ADD A NEW ARTICLE V, ENTITLED “GOLF CARTS,” TO CHAPTER 32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, VILLAGE OF STEVENSVILLE, MICHIGAN TO ALLOW THE USE OF GOLF CARTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE LIMITS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 12, 2021, the Village of Stevensville Council approved a new ordinance entitled “Golf Carts,” allowing the use of golf carts within the Village Limits.
The Ordinance outlines the Purpose, Definitions, Operation, Registration, and Violations for the use of Golf Carts within the Village limits.

The ordinance was adopted by a unanimous vote of the Village Council.
The effective date of this ordinance shall be June 9, 2021.
