Approved: Financial report for the month of March as presented.
Approved: Payment of bills in the amount of $18,834.62.
Approved: Amendments to the budget.
Approved: Adopting Resolution # 23-4-10, a Resolution to appoint an Emergency Management Coordinator for the Village of Galien.
Approved: Upgrading Quick Books for the office.
