NOTICE TO CREDITORS

The Settlor, John H. Soper, IV, whose birthdate was April 24, 1944 and who lived at 3638 Bacon School Road, St. Joseph, MI  49085, died on January 19, 2019. No Probate Estate has been opened for John H. Soper, IV, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.

Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the John H. Soper, IV Revocable Living Trust dated May 10, 1991, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to John H. Soper, V, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.

Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
