NOTICE TO CREDITORS
The Settlor, Angelina Vernasco, whose birthdate was June 21, 1920 and who lived at 3905 Lorraine Path, St. Joseph, MI 49085, died on December 1, 2018. No Probate Estate has been opened for Angelina Vernasco, and there is no personal representative of the Settlor’s Probate Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Angelina Vernasco Revocable Living Trust dated January 16, 2007, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Mary Michele Demchinski, Trustee, within four months after the date of this publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
