PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Three Oaks Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the Three
Oaks Township Municipal Building located at 6810 US 12, Three Oaks, MI on Tuesday
December 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to consider amendments to Article 14 of the Zoning
Ordinance to revise definitions and certain terms, and regulations related to signs.
This notice is given and this meeting will be conducted pursuant to Act 267 of the Public Acts
of Michigan of 1976, as amended, being the Open Meetings Act.
The Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to those with
disabilities planning to attend upon seven (7) days’ notice to the Township Clerk. If you
require such aids or services and plan to attend this meeting, please call the Township.
